Law on Protection of Personal Data
The Law on Protection of Personal Data No 6698 is accepted in assembly on 24/03/2016, published on Official Gazette on 07/04/2016. ETIIX respects this law completely.
Identity of Data Keeper
Within the scope of The Law on Protection of Personal Data, Data Keeper refers to the natural or legal entity who designates the processing purposes and instruments of personal data; and who is responsible of founding and running of the data enrolment system.
Processing of Personal Data
Processing of personal data means all kinds of procedures that are carried out on datas such as obtaining, recording, preserving, changing, reconstructing, transferring or categorizing of personal data completely, semi-automatically or as a part of a data enrolment system.
Because ETIIX is not a marketing establishment, your personal data is not transmitted or marketed to other institutions or businesses as raw data or processed data. It is not possible that the information shared with ETIIX is passed on to any organization belongs to public agency. Besides, ETIIX doesn’t have such an obligation.
Only on situations which you give preliminary authorization, your personal information is used to contact you for promotions and informing you about our products and services, announce you the regulations and our researches about e-commerce (shop); and improve your commercial activities via bulletins, news and messages on condition of not sharing personal data with any other organization. Obtained data can be used as big data in the data set of the sector, without pointing out any names or titles. Personal data, is not shared with third parties on any account.

Personal Data Owners’ Rights
Owner of Personal Data, has a right to;
a)
Learn whether his/her personal data is processed or not,
b)
Demand information about the processing of the personal data,
c)
Learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether it’s used in compliance with its purpose or not,
d)
Know the third parties, foreign or domestic, whom the personal data is transferred to,
e)
Demand correction for incomplete or inaccurate personal info,
f)
Demand correction, deletion and termination of personal data within the frame of the conditions prescribed in the 7th paragraph of Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
g)
Demand notifying third parties in cases of correction, deletion, and termination of personal data,
h)
Object the oppositions that results from the analysis of the processed data via exclusive automatic systems,
i)
Demand recovery of loss in case of any loss that comes from processing of personal data by breaking the law.
Personal information cannot be shared, processed or used for any other purpose; without the approval obtained in advance, which contains the relevant person’s explicit declaration of intent.
a)
ETIIX will declare its payment information to competent authorities only when it’s obliged by laws and asked as a written document.
b)
ETIIX is responsible from the protection of confidential information that were given to it. These information are ought to be protected as part of unfair competition and professional confidentiality laws.
c)
ETIIX will cover the losses that are caused by service defect.
d)
Credit Card information of the buyers is not kept by ETIIX on any account. It is only transmitted to relevant banks safely during collection process for collection and deleted from the system afterwards.
e)
Information like e-mail and mail addresses; and phone numbers belonging to buyers are only used by ETIIX for service execution and contract procedures.
f)
Professional secrets and payment information that are obtained during service execution are never shared with counterparties, not even for innocent reasons. Sides that are obligated to protect the information are responsible of the harms caused by protection shortage.
g)
Without the written permission of counterparties, names or titles cannot be used even as references.
h)
On implementation of confidentiality principles, ETIIX prescribes to obey Law on Protection of Personal Data No 6698, Law on Regulation of E-Commerce No 6563 and Provisions of the Regulations that are enacted in accordance with these laws and the changing provisions of them.
i)
Protection of Personal Data: ETIIX is responsible for preserving the personal information it acquired via the transactions it made and services it provided, on condition of keeping the Law on Bank Cards and Credit Cards dated 23/02/2006 and no 5464 and other regulation provisions confidential, and also responsible for taking the necessary precautions to prevent the access to and processing of these personal information by breaking the law.

Transmission of Personal Information
Toplanan kişisel verileriniz; SADECE SİZİN AÇIKÇA YAZILI VEYA ELEKTRONİK ŞEKİLDE İZİN VERDİĞİNİZ HALLERDE, ETIIX’ten satın aldığınız veya ücretsiz şekilde yararlandığınız hizmetlerimiz kapsamında, verilerinizin ticari sır olmaması kaydıyla kamuya duyurmak ve sizler hakkındaki bilimsel endekslerimizi web sitemizde (www.ETIIX.com) yayınlamak suretiyle sunduğumuz hizmetlerimizden yararlanmanızı teminen Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu’nun 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde aktarılabilecektir.
Deletion, Termination and Anonymizing of Personal Data
Kişisel verileriniz, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kanunu ve ilgili diğer bütün kanunların hükümlerine uygun olarak işlense bile, veri sahibinin talebi üzerine ETIIX (Veri Sorumlusu) tarafından silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
How to get information from ETIIX?
Although your personal data is processed according to the Law on Protection of Personal Data and to all other provisions of law, it can be deleted, terminated and anonymized by ETIIX (data keeper) upon the demand of the owner of personal data
